Now a film and production studio, this four story bank building was in dire need of weather proofing and repairs.  In addition to a growing number of unsightly cracks in the masonry surface of the building, whole sections of the building were beginning to shift from the seasonal freeze thaw cycles.  HB analyzed and mapped the conditions, devised a repair plan, and developed the repair and upgrade details, including integrated preventative strategies for moisture management.
