Loft upgrade and renovation addressing the problem of undefined condo loft spaces and lack of storage.  By carefully rethinking an existing area, two existing walls are reworked into a sizeable closet, a cozy sleeping area and a second living/dining area.  Spaces within the space are more useful and defined by the built in platform bed and floating window seating.  Both include storage and room for audio and video components.  Two shelving systems for storage and display also make use of lightweight swinging panels, concealing cables and computer equipment when not in use.
